Charter fishing with OutKast will bring you the enjoyment of fishing a "Big Water" boat at the fraction of the cost of owning, rigging, and maintaining a "Big Water" boat. With Great Lakes fishing experience, and hours upon hours of time spend on the water each year, the captain and crew have the greatest potential to put you on "the fish".  Our vessel is rigged with ,all the up-to-date safety equipment required by the United States Coast Guard, state of the art fishing electronics, and some of the finest tackle and gear around. All this allows you to sit back, relax, and only have to worry about reeling in the catch.

Walleye Charter rates for 2023 are:

1 to 4 Anglers
Half Day 5 hours:    $550
Full Day 7 hours:    $670


Our Charters are Dock to Dock. 

Any extra hours will be billed at a rate of $100 per hour.

A deposit  of $75 is required to reserve your day. 
Remaining balances are due at the dock at the conclusion of your charter. All balances are payable by cash or check.

NO ILLEGAL DRUGS of any kind are permitted on board. All violations will reported to United States Coast Guard and other appropriate authorities.

Why Charter a Fishing vessel?

Our primary port is Chadwick Bay (Dunkirk), NY, which is located on the shores of Eastern Lake  Erie, and is approximately halfway between Buffalo, NY, and Erie, PA.

To Get to Dunkirk from the East/West:
    Take the NYS Thruway (I-90) to the Dunkirk-Fredonia Exit 59.  Upon Exiting Travel Straight (West) on Vineyard Drive ( turns into Millard Fillmore after third light) Until you come  to the Fourth traffic signal Central Avenue. ( You Can only turn left or Right.) Make a Right Turn and travel North on Central Avenue Approximately 3.25 Miles to the Municipal Pier. The Marina entrance is located just North of the Boardwalk on the Right hand (East) side.

Parking is available in the marina lot, and to find our dock walk along " the rails" to the third gate past the fuel pumps. This is the "C" Dock, and our Crew shall be awaiting your arrival on "OutKast". Please arrive approximately 5 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time.


We can accommodate a 5th angler for an additional charge, charters of other duration must be mutually agreed upon by both the captain and your party.

  • A valid New York State Fishing License for all anglers. Licenses are available for purchase at Dunkirk City Hall the Day before, or online at the New York State DEC website (
  • Food and beverages of your choice (please limit your group to 1 cooler 54 quart maximum). Please no glass bottles or hard liquor.
  • Seasickness medication if needed. Please remember to take it early enough to start working before charter.
  • Soft soled shoes or sneakers non skid. Please refrain from wearing dark soled footwear.
  • Sunblock/sunglasses.
  • Camera or video camera.
  • Appropriate clothing including hat/rain-gear/ various cold weather warm weather items. Always be prepared for changing weather. Our boat has plenty of shade/shelter however, you will be landing fish in the rear of the boat which is open.
  • Cooler to transport your catch home.
  • If you have a particular music preference, bring your IPOD or CD along. We would be glad to play it on our stereo. We also offer XM satellite radio

Eastern Lake Erie Charter Fishing

  • Cancellation of your charter due to weather or any other reason will be at the discretion of the Captain. If your charter is cancelled by the captain, you will receive a full refund of any deposits made or you will have the option of re-booking at a later date.
  • All cancellations by anglers must be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled charter date and time to receive a refund of your deposits.
